Ross grew up in the dairy industry thanks to his father's lifelong passion for dairy cattle. The Dankers family raised registered Holsteins on their small farm (Le-Ro Da Farm) in Cambridge, Minnesota. He spent many summers on the show circuit enjoying some amazing memories and success along the way. Ross is currently at Health and P.E. teacher in Kalispell, Montana where he lives with his wife Sara, and 3 children. He hopes to give his children a great experience doing 4-H as they grow up. His dad Wayne was the herd manager for a 900 cow dairy in Princeton, MN and then transitioned to being a Select Sires AI technician in the Goodhue County, MN area before retiring.
